All Grain Brew #1

Our first all grain brew is in the keg! It's a single malt, single hop ale (SMaSH) brewed with pale two row malt and chinook hops. OG = 1.048, FG = 1.009. ABV should be in the 5.1-5.3 range and IBU approximately 40. It has a very citrusy, almost lemony aroma and a light citrusy flavor. There is still some yeast floating in it so it's cloudy. Hopefully it clears up in a couple weeks on CO2.
